Our own oil, almonds and lentils, with pasta, taralli and rosé wine from Apulian producers. We do not make them every year: ask if they are available.

Almond harvest

Alongside the olive trees we grow almonds. In late summer the fruit is gathered on nets and comes in 0.5 kg bags.

From 80 little almond trees to the first harvest

In 2022 we planted 80 tiny almond trees. Two years later the first fruit arrived.
